Steady Steps
a comprehensive Program for Improving strength, Balance, and Stability
Each year over 800,000 people are hospitalized due to fall injuries.
Falls often result from a combination of factors including muscle weakness, poor balance, impaired mobility, and environmental hazards. Our Steady Steps program addresses these issues head-on, aiming to reduce the risk of falls through targeted exercise and education.
The Steady Steps program is an intensive curriculum designed for individuals at risk of falls. Through a combination of strengthening exercises, mobility training, and balance improvement, participants will learn to navigate various terrains and actions with greater confidence.
