Pelvic Health Pilates
Holistic and Science-based Pilates series that will help build a strong foundation. For: Women experienceing any health issue. Any age from early menstruating, trying to conceive, pre/post-natal, to menopause. For any Woman that wants to learn proper core and pelvic floor strengthening.

Chair With Flare
Structured session utilizing the Pilates Chair, which resembles a compact stool with springs for resistance and a padded seat. Participants perform exercises targeting different muscle groups while sitting, standing, or balancing on the chair. The exercises are designed to enhance strength, stability, and balance, focusing on core engagement and proper alignment. challenging participants to control their bodies while working against the spring tension.
This class typically offers a full-body workout and is suitable for individuals of various fitness levels, with modifications available to accommodate different abilities.
Back On Track 30 Day Challenge for Chronic Back Pain
8/02 - 8/27
Class specific to individuals with chronic back pain.
This 30 day program will give participants several strategies to help manage chronic back pain, improve fitness without regressing into pain, and work towards living a more active lifestyle.
Areas of focus
-Posture, positional faults, and movement
-Mobility exercises and progressions
-Core strength exercises and progressions
-Ergonomics
-Movement techniques to minimize flare ups
-Mind/Body techniques for managing pain

Reformer Flow
Dynamic session that combines fluid movements with controlled breathing to improve strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Participants move through a series of exercises designed to flow seamlessly from one to the next, focusing on core engagement and alignment.
This class typically emphasizes smooth transitions and continuous movement, promoting a sense of flow and connection between mind and body. The class will use the Pilates reformer as the main piece of equipment in the studio.
Balance and Fall Prevention 30 Day Challenge

30 day Balance Challenge
Each year over 800,000 people are hospitalized due to fall injury.
This intensive 30 day curricula aims to strengthen stabilizing muscles and tissue, develop focused movement and increase confidence on a variety of terrains and through a myriad of actions.
The 30 day balance challenge provides four consecutive in person trainings (small group) and access to daily exercises online that will increase strength and stability.

Pilates Fundamentals on the Reformer for Beginners
A Pilates Fundamentals class for beginners focuses on introducing the core principles of Pilates in a supportive and accessible way. Core Align and Fuse Ladder Class
A Core Align and Fuse Ladder class combines two pieces of equipment to enhance core strength, alignment, and agility. The class starts with a warm-up using the Core Align machine to promote proper posture and flexibility. Then, participants perform core exercises on the Core Align to engage the core and improve stability. Next, they move to the Fuse Ladder, using footwork drills to boost agility, coordination, and endurance. The class integrates both tools with combo exercises to challenge strength and mobility, finishing with a cool-down focused on stretching and alignment.
Pilates Fuse Ladder
This class integrates Pilates, barre, and traditional strength training using the Fuse Ladder. The Fuse Ladder resembles a vertical ladder with adjustable rungs, straps, and handles. In this class, participants engage in a series of exercises that target the entire body, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
