We can use a traditional Pilates approach or incorporate other clinical modalities, such as physical therapy, exercise physiology/personal training, massage therapy, Thai massage, the Graston technique, myofascial release, and other evidence-based modalities to enhance strength, balance, and breath work.

Personal Training & Private Pilates Sessions
One-on-one sessions are perfect for individuals wanting to take their movement journey to the next level. Our private sessions use Pilates and/or elements of personal training to help you reach your wellness and fitness goals, whether that's injury prevention, mind-body connection, improving mobility and posture, or managing symptoms of your chronic illness, like back pain
Semi-Private Pilates Training
Building a wellness routine is better with a friend. Our semi-private training sessions are a great way to work with a trainer and receive personalized instruction while enjoying a fun and welcoming workout experience with your accountability partner.
Small Group Classes
If you enjoy the group fitness setting, consider small group classes. Our small group classes are capped at three people for a more personalized experience and superior outcomes. And if you're new to Pilates, don't worry. Our classes are accessible to everyone, from beginners to experts. We offer reformer Pilates, chair Pilates, recovery classes, and more.
