Move well, Move Often,

Move Longer

When coming up with our slogan, we stopped to think about the importance of movement in our daily lives.

Our goal is to educate you on how to move well after an injury, better with age, and perform daily activities at your best. Then, we inspire or encourage you to move often, as consistency brings positive change. Finally, with the combination of the two, you can gain the ability to move longer throughout your lifetime, realizing a more vibrant and active life.

Movement Med has distinguished itself as a pioneer in pilates-based rehabilitation and wellness. With a legacy rooted in a deep understanding of movement and body mechanics, our studio offers a sanctuary for healing and strength. Our team, composed of highly skilled professionals, brings a wealth of experience in pilates, personal training, and rehabilitative therapies. Dedicated to excellence, we ensure a bespoke and evidence-based experience for each client, focusing on individual goals and holistic improvement.

Though Movement Med was incorporated in 2011, the foundation of our instructors’ expertise extends far beyond that.
