At Movement Med, we offer private sessions, semi-private sessions and specialized classes to fit your needs and budget. Our class schedule is intentionally designed to offer small group experiences with big impact. Whether you’re focused on pelvic health, building core strength, managing chronic pain, or improving balance, you’ll find a class built around your needs – and instructors who know how to adapt it just for you.
We keep our class sizes small (typically 3-4 people) to maintain a personalized, safe, and supportive training experience. Classes are available Monday through Saturday, including early mornings and evenings, so you can stay consistent without sacrificing your routine.
