At Movement Med, we offer private sessions, semi-private sessions and specialized classes to fit your needs and budget. Our class schedule is intentionally designed to offer small group experiences with big impact. Whether you’re focused on pelvic health, building core strength, managing chronic pain, or improving balance, you’ll find a class built around your needs – and instructors who know how to adapt it just for you.

We keep our class sizes small (typically 3-4 people) to maintain a personalized, safe, and supportive training experience. Classes are available Monday through Saturday, including early mornings and evenings, so you can stay consistent without sacrificing your routine.

Holistic and Science-based Pilates series that will help build a strong foundation. For: Women experienceing any health issue. Structured session utilizing the Pilates Chair, which resembles a compact stool with springs for resistance and a padded seat. Participants perform exercises targeting different muscle groups while sitting, standing, or balancing on the chair.
