At Movement Med, our Small Group Fitness classes in Chicago are capped at just 3–4 participants, ensuring that you’re never just a face in the crowd. Whether you’re joining a class focused on pelvic health, spinal mobility, core strengthening, or balance, you’ll receive real-time guidance, thoughtful modifications, and a trainer who knows your goals.
From ladder fusion to beginner reformer to Parkinson’s-focused movement sessions, we offer a range of classes tailored to diverse needs. And because many of our clients are navigating injury recovery or chronic conditions, each class is grounded in safety and clinical awareness.
