Shane Keith Rhoads M.S. C.S.C.S. Owner

Shane Keith Rhoads is a professional trainer with 26 years of experience in the fitness, wellness, and rehabilitation industry.  His comprehensive background includes working in professional baseball, college athletics, spine and back rehabilitation, physical therapy, private fitness and consulting. 

For 13 years Shane worked exclusively in the pilates environment helping clients with fitness/wellness, post physical therapy rehabilitation, pilates programs adapted to chronic medical conditions, postural alignment and movement education.  He now has adopted a more integrative approach utilizing Pilates as one of many tools or stand alone system when appropriate.  This integrative approach includes, movement assessment and (re) education, strength training, mobility training, pilates post rehabilitation, postural alignment, and proper breathing mechanics.    Most important, after 20 years and thousands of clients, is Shane's on going dedication to helping his clients achieve the results they desire.   Shane has a M.S. ed in Athletic Training, and a B.S. in Exercise Physiology, is certified as a Post-Rehab Pilates Instructor through Polestar Education, and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the N.S.C.A.

Outside the studio Shane also works as a visual artist further exploring themes of the physical body and interconnectivity through painting and sculpture. Shane currently has art collectors in Hawaii, S. California, Arizona, and Illinois. 

Having a strong scientific education combined with an artistic perspective gives Shane a unique approach in working with and educating clients.

Anna Madejska

"Ms. Madejska’s, philosophy in life is to be passionate about providing wellness to others. She is a Certified Massage Therapist, a Thai Yoga Therapist, teaches Redcord Suspension Training, and she teaches classical and rehabilitation based Pilates sessions. She pays special attention to earning clients’ trust, confidence, and respect. She maintains clear boundaries to assure professional integrity and accountability.

 Aurora Vanca LPTA, CKTP   

Aurora is an empathetic person with an exceptional skill set for providing the highest quality patient/client care.  Aurora has 10 plus years of experience in the field of Physical Therapy Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Rehab, and she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, is a Certified Pilates Teacher through the Mcintyre Method , Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner, and Certified Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Educator.  Due to her extensive knowledge in orthopedic injuries and musculoskeletal disorders that affect movement and posture, Aurora is an expert at developing individualized Pilates programs that transition the client from acute care into the medical fitness programs. In addition,  clients seeking counseling on a comprehensive nutrition program will find her expertise guidance and knowledge a great benefit.

Mysti Cobb-Parker

Mysti began her journey as a dancer in high school. Studying ballet, jazz and modern dance. She received a scholarship from Joseph Holmes Dance School while attending high school. During college, Mysti tore her ACL dancing in dance class. This would increase her interest in strength training and recovery. After college, Mysti decided to become a personal trainer. In 2004, Mysti earned her personal training certification from NPTI and NSCA-CPT. In 2005, Mysti became a Licensed Massage Therapist and in 2009 a BASI certified Pilates instructor. In 2016, Mysti traveled to Thailand for 6 weeks to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training from Akasha Yoga Academy. Mysti continues to make learning and developing herself a top priority, for herself and her clients.
