PILATES POST REHABILITATION
We have found the Pilates environment to be a perfect place to begin with a positive movement experience. Our Post Rehabilitation program is for individuals who are transitioning from Physical Therapy or Chiropractic care into long term wellness and fitness. Our instructors bridge the gap between medical care and personal fitness training, working with you to regain your health, increase your function, and lead a more active and vibrant life.
Medical exercise is safe and effective exercise programming for individuals who have chronic medical conditions. We manage more than 50 medical conditions after physical and occupational therapy is completed. They include but are not limited to:
